The Glocom’s GR-8340VT VHF mobile radio is a powerful vehicular SDR, designed specifically to support battle tanks and armored combat vehicles. The radio provides vehicle platforms with full command and control (C2) capabilities maximizing their potential in operation. The GR-8340VT operates in VHF band from 20MHz to 88MHz and features software defined radio architecture. This future-proof 50W vehicular SDR offers seamless communications and situational awareness, while utilizing unprecedented immunity (ECCM) and communication security (COMSEC) for a multitude of missions and applications. The radio supports narrowband tactical waveform so as to operate well in harsh spectrum conditions. With its Glocom’s GR-250/310/8600M/8200MA interoperability, it easily integrates into existing networks to deliver secure voice and data and enables joint operation with other forces. The radio can be fully integrated with GE-2100 VIC system, making a complete set of vehicular communications system.
