UHF Wideband Dismount Antenna
The GA-8600WA is a dismount 225 to 450 MHz monopole antenna desined with double-resonant structure for wideband frequency range above 200MHz. The 26-centimeter long, 400-gram antenna connects directly to the dismount radio via a TNC male connector . The antenna incorporates a flexible gooseneck for orienting the antenna.
The antenna is optimized for modern soldier data transmission and minimizes the effects of electromagnetic interference from a PDA or laptop computer. This antenna becomes part of an exceptionally capable yet lightweight secure digital soldier radio system.
